Booking a stall is simple:

2. Choose Your Market
Select the market you’d like to trade at and review:
- Event details
- Pitch options (standard or double)
- What’s provided (tables, chairs, indoor/outdoor setup)

3. Select Your Pitch
Choose the correct pitch for your setup:
- Standard pitch – most makers and bakers
- Double pitch – required for:
- Coffee traders
- Ice‑cream traders
- Larger setups needing additional space

4. Add Any Extras
Where needed, you can add:
- Public Liability Insurance (PLI) – £5 per market (if you don’t have your own)
- Gazebo hire (outdoor markets only) – £5 (limited availability)

5. Complete Your Booking
Once booked, you’ll receive confirmation and can prepare for your market.

- Check your setup meets our guidelines
- Book the correct pitch size for your business
If a category is full for a specific market, we may:
- Suggest an alternative date or location
- Add you to a waitlist
- Keep your details for future events
