How to Apply

Booking a stall is simple:

1. View Available Markets

Head to our Eventaly page to see all upcoming markets, dates, and locations:

2. Choose Your Market

Select the market you’d like to trade at and review:

  • Event details
  • Pitch options (standard or double)
  • What’s provided (tables, chairs, indoor/outdoor setup)

3. Select Your Pitch

Choose the correct pitch for your setup:

  • Standard pitch – most makers and bakers
  • Double pitch – required for:
    • Coffee traders
    • Ice‑cream traders
    • Larger setups needing additional space

4. Add Any Extras

Where needed, you can add:

  • Public Liability Insurance (PLI) – £5 per market (if you don’t have your own)
  • Gazebo hire (outdoor markets only) – £5 (limited availability)

5. Complete Your Booking

Once booked, you’ll receive confirmation and can prepare for your market.

Before You Book

Little Owl Artisan markets are carefully curated, so please make sure you:

  • Read our Stallholder Information & Requirements
  • Check your setup meets our guidelines
  • Book the correct pitch size for your business

If a category is full for a specific market, we may:

  • Suggest an alternative date or location
  • Add you to a waitlist
  • Keep your details for future events
