Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings & Payments
• All bookings must be made through our official booking platform.
• Invoices must be paid 21 days before the market date.
• Bookings made within 21 days of an event must be paid immediately.
• Payments are non‑refundable, unless the organiser cancels the event.

2. Stall Requirements
• Stalls must be at least 80% handmade, except for traders selling sweets, tea, or coffee.
• All handmade items must be your own original work.
• No copyrighted or trademarked items (e.g., Disney, football clubs, branded characters) unless you hold a valid commercial licence.
• Stalls cannot be transferred, sold, or passed on to another trader.

3. Event Space & Setup
• Indoor stalls include approximately 6ft x 2ft of table space.
• Any additional display setups must be approved in advance.
• Outdoor gazebos must be securely weighted.
• Items must not be attached to walls or placed outside your allocated space.
• Setup begins 1.5 hours before doors open.
• Early pack‑down is not permitted unless agreed with the team.
• Please keep your area tidy and remove all rubbish at the end of the event.

4. Insurance & Certification
• All crafters must hold valid public liability insurance.
• Food and drink traders must provide relevant hygiene certificates.

5. Promotion & Advertising
• All stallholders are required to actively promote the market and Little Owl Artisan.
• Event posters and graphics will be provided for your use.
• While we promote every event, we cannot guarantee footfall or sales.

6. Behaviour & Conduct
• We operate a strict zero‑tolerance policy for physical or verbal abuse.
• Any stallholder or member of the public who behaves inappropriately will be asked to leave immediately.
• Please be patient and respectful — some issues may be outside our control.

7. Cancellations & Refunds
• If you need to cancel, please contact us via email.
• Refunds are only issued if the organiser cancels the event.
• In cases of severe weather affecting outdoor events, a full refund will be issued if we cannot accommodate you at a future market.

8. Photography
• Photos may be taken during the event for marketing purposes.
• If you prefer not to have your stall photographed, please let us know in advance.

9. Additional Notes
• Market times may vary depending on the venue.
• Raffles, tombolas, and similar activities are not permitted unless pre‑approved.
